1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as name, company, email address, phone number, service interest, quote details, and messages submitted through our forms or digital tools.
For approved business accounts or app users, we may collect additional information needed to provide uniform rental, laundry, cleanroom, route, billing, or account support services.
2. Automatically collected information
Like many websites and apps, we may collect technical information such as device type, browser type, pages visited, referring pages, approximate location signals, and usage activity to maintain and improve our digital services.
3. How we use information
- Respond to quote requests, contact forms, service questions, and customer support needs.
- Provide, schedule, manage, and improve Cadillac service programs.
- Operate, secure, and troubleshoot our websites, apps, and internal systems.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and property of Cadillac Services, customers, and others.
4. When we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information only when needed to operate our business, provide requested services, or comply with legal requirements.
- With service providers that help us operate systems, communications, routes, billing, or customer support.
- When required by law, court order, or a valid legal process.
- When necessary to protect safety, prevent fraud, or enforce policies.
- With your direction or consent.
5. Cookies, analytics, and marketing
We use cookies and similar technologies to support core site functionality, security, performance, analytics, and marketing measurement. Analytics and advertising tools we use include Google Analytics (GA4) through Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel.
When you first visit the site, a consent banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. Until you accept, analytics and advertising storage is disabled by default (Google Consent Mode), and only essential, privacy-preserving signals are used. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through your browser settings.
We also set a first-party cookie named cu_attribution when you accept cookies. This cookie records the UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers (Google Ads, Meta) from the page where you first arrived. It is used only to match a submitted lead form to its originating campaign, is retained for approximately 90 days, and is not shared with third parties.
6. Do Not Track signals
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no uniform industry standard for responding to those signals, we do not currently respond to them.
7. Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We retain information as long as needed for business, legal, operational, or customer support purposes, and then delete or de-identify it when appropriate.
8. External links
Our digital services may link to third-party websites or platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
9. Children’s privacy
Our digital services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Contact and corrections
